We follow a property-specific visual checklist, record temperature and humidity, look for visible signs of leaks or damage, photograph anything of note, and send a timestamped report the same day.

How often should my home be checked?

Most owners choose twice a month. We recommend a cadence based on the property, the season and what your insurer expects.

Can you let contractors into my home?

Yes. We arrange access and scheduling, stay on site when agreed, and document the visit. All repairs are completed by licensed contractors.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. Hugo Keys is insured and bonded for the home watch and concierge services we provide, and we will share confirmation on request.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans run month to month and you can cancel in writing at any time without a penalty.

Is this a security service?

No. Hugo Keys is a scheduled visual inspection service. We are not a licensed security agency and we do not provide guard or patrol services.
